The thermometric sampling robot is using six axis robot for putting the temperature measuring probe into high temperature molten steel completing temperature testing and sampling. With high degree of automation and it can realize unmanned operation automatically, automatic clamp and install probe tool and remove the invalid one.The system is mainly composed of six axis robot, calmp and storage devices for probe, temperature measuring gun device and cooling system, molten steel level detection device, electric control system, etc.
