Product Introduction

Iron dust cold-bounded pellets processing system is used for the recycling and disposal of sintering dust, coking dust, BF dust and dust mud, BOF dust, BAF dust, rolling skin and dust mud. The project of coldbounded pellets processing according to the composition, particle size of dust can be provided, and we can produce the suitable cold-bonded pellets for BF and BOF. Thus, resource recycle and utilization can be realized to meet the standards of low consumption, low emission and high efficiency.

Function Features

• As the steel cooler and slag material maker, it can: accelerate the forming of slag, improve the structure of slag, replace the lime and fluorite which can simplify the operation, shorten the time of oxygen supply and smelt and improve the service life of furnace.
• Used for BF process: accelerate the reduction, reduce the coke ratio, well-adapted, small investment, short period, cleaner production and low energy consumption.
